I’m currently working as an applied scientist at AWS. There I have been working on building cutting edge Timeseries models growing and maintaining AWS network. Prior to this, I did my Master’s in Electrical Engineering at Columbia University in the City of New York. Back then, I got a chance to intern at CCC Intelligent Solutions as an R&D Intern. There I happened to work on Cost Estimation problem using Transformer encoder model. Prior to this, I worked as a Senior Research Associate: Artificial Intelligence in AI-ML team on developing intelligent solutions using deep learning for problems both internal and external to EY. I completed my Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from IIT BHU Varanasi. After that, I interned at IIT-Hyderabad for a year.
I’m an ML enthusiast. Working on multiple areas in the broad spectrum of ML and it’s related areas like Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, Deep learning, during my B-Tech and the later years, nurtured this enthusiasm of mine.
mentored me during my quest for exploring the multiple fascets of the broad field of ML and exploiting the experience by working on interesting research problems.
This blog is particularly intended to convey what I’ve learned in ML through my experiences, also I will try to discuss some of the research problems that I had worked on in the past- I started-off with pretty naive problems but as I started gaining experience, the level of complexity in the problems I dealt with also increased.
